I started in UX, learning how people actually use things before I ever touched code. Today I work where technology, business requirements and execution meet.

Background

A Computer Science background, shaped further by certifications and continued learning from Google, Microsoft and Meta. I lead the technical side of a growing digital agency, guiding developers, delivery and the systems that hold it together.

What that means day to day

A booking and workforce management platform built for a water tank cleaning business, covering customer bookings, multi-visit service scheduling, staff assignment, payment tracking and role-based dashboards for admins, sales and field staff. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Firebase and Tailwind CSS.

It replaces scattered spreadsheets with one shared, real-time workspace: a spreadsheet-style lead editor with live autosave and paste-from-Excel support, role-based dashboards for admins, managers and staff, configurable subscription plans with seat limits, and a guided onboarding walkthrough.
